Only stock Items can be returned with the original receipt within 30 days.
Items must be in resalable condition.
We do not take returns on trim orders, special order sheets, or special ordered material.

We will do our best to honor quotes for 15 days, but due to fluctuations in the steel market, prices are subject to change without notice.
IBC stocks a wide variety of product and also has access to much more. If there is something special you would like, talk to a sales rep, and we will do our best to get it in for you.

The majority of special orders are received in 3-5 business days, and others 5-7. IBC does it’s best to inform its customers ahead of time of any lead times on orders.
All orders need to be picked up or scheduled for delivery within two weeks of IBC receiving in material. Any orders left after two weeks can be subject to restocking and forfeiture of any deposit on that material to help recover any cost associated with that material. Please notify your sales rep of any extended length of time that your order will not be picked up.

Any special order items such as sheets, and trim will required a 50% deposit before the order will be placed, with the balance being due upon pickup or delivery.

IBC as a company does not provide deliveries. But, we do have multiple hot shot companies as well as the option for some drop shipments. These deliveries are subject to size and weight restrictions.

All checks will require a DL #, DOB, and current phone number.
There will be a $35.00 fee on any returned checks, as well as a $5.00 fee per day after 3 days of non-payment.
